The guarantee

Cover runs for 60 days from the date of purchase. If two months in it has not justified the shelf space, ask for the purchase price back.

Do this on day one

Set a calendar alert for day 60 as soon as the box arrives. Seconds of effort, and the one variable here that is entirely yours. Refunds are lost to forgotten dates far more often than to refused applications.

Worth planning around

Cover ends on day 60 while the 3 and 6-bottle supplies last 90 and 180 days respectively. Either way, unopened bottles will remain when the window shuts, so form your view around the second bottle rather than the last.

Making the request

Step	What happens
One	Locate the order number printed on your confirmation email.
Two	Write to the seller’s support contact quoting it, asking for a refund under the 60-day guarantee.
Three	Their reply carries any return address or reference number.
Four	Do precisely what they say and hold on to any tracking receipt.
Five	The refund returns to the card that paid.

Timing

Approval to processing usually takes a handful of business days. From there your card issuer sets the pace, commonly seven to ten working days before anything appears.

Damaged or wrong orders

Send photographs to support the same day for anything that turns up broken, short or incorrect. Those are processed separately and should not consume guarantee time.

Official orders only

Only official-checkout purchases are covered. Resale channels and auction listings almost never carry the guarantee, and their orders do not exist in the seller’s system for a claim to attach to.
